1.Swing Arm:The swing arm functions as the vehicle’s automated loading and unloading mechanism. Hydraulically powered, it performs the complete cycle of grasping, lifting, tipping, and returning the refuse container. 2.Waste Container: This 12-cubic-metre waste container is designed for compatibility with swing-arm refuse collection vehicles. Built with reinforced carbon steel structure (4 mm side walls and 5 mm base) and protected by an epoxy zinc-rich primer, it offers enhanced durability and corrosion resistance. The large capacity reduces transport frequency, while its standardised coupling ensures quick and secure attachment to the vehicle’s swing arm, improving overall operational efficiency.

3.Outriggers: The outriggers are an essential safety and stability system for swing-arm refuse trucks. All four hydraulic supports must be extended before loading or unloading to stabilize the vehicle against tipping forces during container lifting. Once operations are complete, they are retracted to allow normal travel, forming the critical foundation for safe and stable operation.

4.Control System:The operating system of the swing-arm refuse truck functions as a centralized control hub. Using an ergonomic multi-valve joystick or button panel, the operator can safely and sequentially command all movements of the outriggers and swing arm.
