After repeated verification, they successfully overcame the difficulties, reducing the processing time of a single part by 200 seconds and pushing the single-shift production capacity to a new level.
Meanwhile, in order to further tap the potential for cost reduction, the finance department innovated accounting methods, built a full-process cost analysis system, extended cost control to all aspects of production and operation, implemented a dynamic management model, tracked the fluctuations of various cost indicators in a timely manner, and promoted the transformation of cost control from “post-event accounting” to “Prevent prediction and in-event control”.
