The cab has passed stringent Swedish safety regulations collision tests and features unique forced rearward displacement technology, effectively protecting the driver in the event of an accident. Secondly, driving comfort is prioritised. The cab employs a four-point air suspension system to absorb road vibrations, while ample interior height and a spacious bunk (nearly 1 metre wide) provide excellent rest facilities for long-haul journeys.
2.Hook Arm: This hook arm configuration is a dependable companion engineered for high-intensity operations. Constructed from a 20-tonne class Chinese-made premium hook arm and high-strength steel plate, it effortlessly handles the daily collection and disposal of heavy waste such as construction debris. Its maximum 48° self-dumping angle ensures waste is discharged cleanly and efficiently, minimising residue. Furthermore, the 1570mm lifting ring height facilitates seamless compatibility with most standard truck chassis, streamlining both loading and unloading operations. Overall, this practical configuration prioritises durability, operational efficiency, and adaptability, effectively ensuring the stable execution of your waste collection tasks
3.Waste Container: Constructed from high-strength wear-resistant steel plates (side panels: T420/4mm; base plate: NM450/6mm), its robust structure effortlessly withstands frequent impacts and abrasion during waste loading, unloading, and transportation. This significantly extends service life while reducing replacement costs. The 16 cubic metre capacity strikes an optimal balance between single-load capacity and road clearance.
4.Hydraulic System: This hydraulic system combines the efficiency and precision of European core components with the dependable durability of Chinese-made cylinders. The 84cc plunger pump and Italian HYDROCONTROL master control valve ensure smooth, powerful operation, while the German REXROTH balancing valve and hydraulic lock provide crucial safety locking assurance, delivering both robust performance and stable operation throughout the entire working process.
5.Control System:Concurrently, the vehicle’s operating system configuration prioritises both operational convenience and safety. Equipped with dual control levers, the vehicle enables seamless switching between positions within the cab or alongside the machine, facilitating effortless execution of all manoeuvres. The optional remote control takes this further, allowing secure and clear oversight of the entire loading/unloading process from several metres away.
